1. Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are managed for all registered training delegates.
Cancellations by the Participant:
– 30+ days before the training start date: 80% refund
– 14–29 days before: 50% refund
– Less than 14 days: No refund
Substitutions (replacement of a delegate) are allowed at no additional cost, provided we receive written notice at least 7 days before the programme start date.
Cancellations by the Organisation:
If a course is cancelled or rescheduled by the our organisation (our organisation), participants will be offered the option to:
– Transfer their registration to the next available session
– Receive a full refund of any fees paid
Non-Refundable Costs:
Visa fees, travel bookings, and accommodation arranged by third parties are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed within 10 working days of the cancellation confirmation.

4. Delegate Code of Conduct
All delegates are expected to maintain a high standard of professionalism during all training sessions, site visits, and associated events.
Standards of Behaviour:
– Be respectful to trainers, staff, and fellow delegates.
– Arrive on time and participate actively.
– Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.
– Follow all safety and security protocols.
– Dress appropriately for professional environments.
Consequences of Misconduct:
Our organisation reserves the right to remove any delegate for serious misconduct. This may result in loss of certification or future participation opportunities.
5. Attendance & Certification Policy
Delegates must attend the full duration of the course to be eligible for a Certificate of Completion.
Requirements:
– Attend a minimum of 90% of scheduled sessions.
– Participate in all core training modules and group activities.
– Complete any required assessments or presentations.
– Engage professionally with course materials and faculty.
Certificate Issuance:
Certificates are awarded on the final day of the programme or sent electronically within 5 working days. Delegates who do not meet attendance or participation standards may not receive certification.
